Is a certification in rowing really necessary? I only say this because it seems like we have a certification for every piece of equipment. Physical Therapists don’t need to have a Nu-step certification, or a Rolling Walker certification. There are many pieces of equipment that we use as trainers. A basic understanding of biomechanics is more important than a certification based on any piece of equipment.
If you are interested in learning how to learn the technical side of the equipment, I suggest contacting your equipment supplier. On the other hand, if you want to learn how to row properly, perhaps you should pay a rowing coach for his/her time. Perhaps I am misunderstanding why you are search for this type of a certification. If your reason is purely to add another certification to your resume, or for marketing purposes, you might look into other opportunities.
