I think one of the best ways is getting away from the “just a gym” setting, and making it about a lifestyle. Get involved in their lives in more ways than one. Being open minded to many different styles of training and finding new ways to motivate and encourage your clients to change their way of life, to a healthy and active lifestyle. So many trainers are focused on how good they are at helping clients reach their goals. But what happens when the goal is reached? Do your clients go back the way it was before? They shouldn’t be. Many people make plans to reach their goals, but fail to plan for after they have achieved them. I chose to follow a new path, unlike the typical gym setting.
