How are you differentiating your business? How do you stand out in a crowded marketplace?
Hello Ron Benamor,
I don’t know if that is possible anymore, with so much competition and so many polite and professional trainers.
It probably comes down to how our personalities get along.
Other than that, I am on the short side, so I must stand on a car or climb a tree. Kidding.
I am myself at all times with more professionalism when in my business attire.
By the way, what kind of mattress does a tossing sleeper need?
Take care,
Natalie.
Hi Ron,
being a MELT instructor here in North Carolina is still a rare breed. At last count, there were not even 10 of us in the state, and MELT is a connective self-treatment modality that is almost habit forming. I have packed classes, and people come to me for instructions 300 miles away 🙂

Ron,
I think one of the best ways is getting away from the “just a gym” setting, and making it about a lifestyle. Get involved in their lives in more ways than one. Being open minded to many different styles of training and finding new ways to motivate and encourage your clients to change their way of life, to a healthy and active lifestyle. So many trainers are focused on how good they are at helping clients reach their goals. But what happens when the goal is reached? Do your clients go back the way it was before? They shouldn’t be. Many people make plans to reach their goals, but fail to plan for after they have achieved them. I chose to follow a new path, unlike the typical gym setting. Something that is fun and relates to the lifestyle change I want to offer. Check out my site, you will see what I mean“ www.zastc.com.
Hope that helps!

You need to find a niche…I developed a curriculum (Aerialates) that’s a blend of body leverage training, Pilates, and circus training. There really is nothing else like it…and it makes exercise fun, like it was when we were kids. It’s also something I believe in, and when you do that, you can’t go wrong! One thing that can’t really be taught or replicated on a mass scale is passion and enthusiasm.
Best wishes!
