I provide fitness and lunch and learns in a large company. I would like to bring in a massage therapist as an independant contractor. I am trying to figure out how I charge the clients for massages in the workplace? I beleive they should be paying me then I pay the massage therapist. I am not sure what percentage to give the massage therapist and percentage my company should take for providing this opportunity to them including the software I pay for that employees will register for their time slots.
