Hello Shraddha Surve,
You could contact ACE and IDEA and they will be able to help you, also. Your background is a huge step towards your studies. I also like ACSM, ACE and IDEA. The study bundles are very informative and will prepare you for the exam and working with clients.
The links Ariadne Greenberg provides should start you in the direction of your fitness career endeavor.
Good luck,

The first question is whether you want to do a personal trainer certification, or a group exercise certification. Group ex is good (obviously) for work with groups, and personal training, if you want to do one on one, or just very small group training.
There are a number of agencies that offer certifications, and a wide range of such certs. in addition to these 2 basic ones: aqua, zumba, pilates, ….. If you knew there was a specific type of fitness class you wanted to teach, you could look for what is offered internationally in that area, instead of going for the basic, though many people who teach in one of those more specialized areas also carry the basic.
Try this ideafit site to compare programs: www.ideafit.com/fitness-certifications
There are many programs, I think you have to determine which best matches your needs, but provides the greatest degree of professional stature. I will mention the one I have; ACE www.acefitness.org/fitness-certifications
They offer group ex and personal trainer, and a few specialties, and are well regarded in the industry. They are also a very big organization, and the test is given in a number of international locations. You could send them an email and see if any are close to you.
Of course, before you do a certification you have to determine how much training you need. If you already have a physiotherapy degree you may not need as much hands on training…. I am not familiar enough with the educational requirements for this field in your country to say. I would suggest once you pick a certification you order the study materials (I have the ACE manual and it is excellent, I have also seen some of the materials from ACSM and they are extremely thorough), once you look over your study materials it should give you a good idea of how much more you need in training to fill in the gaps. IDEAfit also has a large and varied library of online courses available for sale. I have used some of them before and I am sure you can find things that will work for you.
Good luck with your endeavor…
