I assume that you got this recommendation from a physician, and I am surprised that you did not get the necessary information along with it.
My choices for protein without fat would be legumes, and there are also chicken breasts, fish and very lean cuts of meat.

What is the reason to double protein intake with a fat concern? Is this doctor or registered dietitian recommended? I hope so, if not, please ask your doctor for assistance.
