as Harris said, there won’t be a negative impact on your height. However, you need to make sure that you do a workout that is balanced. Sometimes people tend to overwork the front of the body as in chest and biceps which causes the shoulders to be rounded forward. That can give a slumped appearance and make you look shorter than you are.
