If you want to work abroad, I would try to find those places I am interested in and speak with those people. Try to find fitness facilities in the area you plan and want to work and see what they have to say. You may find yourself choosing another area all together once you familiarize yourself in different lands.

Hi Ajay,
Although you are ACSM certified, if you want to work in the US unless you have a work visa (usually sponsored by an employer)you will not be allowed to do so. I believe very similar rules exist in EU as well. If you are looking to get employed in a country located around the Middle East (Qatar, UAE, etc), you will need a sponsor. If you were in the US and having an ACSM certification along with some management experience your options would have been open. I hope this helps. Good luck to you!
