During boot camp I have a girl who is working hard but yawns excessively – I thought it could be improper breathing so I have been reminding her. I just gained a new client this week and during our one on one strength training session she also yawned excessively. Could there be an underlying health risk?
As soon as I start doing yoga with deep breathing techniques, I start yawing horrible and can’t seem to be able to control it. I know that the vagus nerve from the parasympathetic nerve system has to do with this,like over stimulation, but I was hoping someone knew more of a medical explanation. Other than that, I almost never yawn.
