How fast is fast? Too fast is not good and everyone is different, so results will vary; just keep the client on the path to their goals.
Does your client keep a log/journal?
Two steps forward and one step back is still progress. Remember the starting line and keep an eye on the finish line with the accomplishments along the way.
Three days with you should be good as long as the client takes your good advice the rest of the week.
Can you provide more information on your client, such as goals they would like to attain, food issues, work and family status, etc? These all influence the response to your question.
Use your medical health history, initial assessments, and meeting feedback to sort and address your client’s behavior and movement patterns by most to least important, then address them in the order of greatest impact.
