I want to add to the comments of the others that YOU cannot reduce weight for her, fast or slow. You can make recommendations for cardiovascular exercises which she can do by herself when she does not train with you. But her food intake is a big part of the equation, and you have no control over that.
On the assumption that she is healthy and can exercise every day, I would add cardiovascular exercise assignment to her daily routine.
