Hello my fitness friends! I am starting an indoor boot camp at my local rec center. I was thinking about 30 to 45 minutes, what
You could run this several ways with those times. A 30 minute class could be run as Fast Blast Bootcamp. Applying HIIT principles/integrated body conditioning (cardio/strength application).
Or you could run the standard bootcamp for the 45 minutes.
And you could always hybrid the class with the 30 minute class ending with a stretch/stabiity round for 15 minutes.
The options are limitless. I wish success.
Hello Angie Lee,
I need an hour to properly warm up, cool down and instruct proper form with regressions/progressions. Maybe you could let the new students know that there will be catch your breath breaks and everyone works at their own level.
Congratulations and enjoy the classes.
Take care,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
