Most of the movements look functional for an intermediate to advanced exerciser. I’d be afraid to swing it like a kettlebell, though. It looks quite a bit longer than a regular kettlebell, especialy as the weight gets heavier. Maybe if a client has been taught a proper bell swing, but I probably wouldn’t have a new client swing this like a bell.
I like the handles for multiple grips. That’s cool. And I like that it will bear body weight and can be used for things like roll-outs.
Pricy, though. If I didn’t already have a big investment in ViPRs, I might buy a few and see how my small group classes like them, but they’re not different enough from my ViPRs to invest.
