heel spurs

Hello Yocheved Klein,
The way to health is listen to your body and rest the area until pain is gone. Then stretch, then strengthen the feet and beyond since our bodies work synergistically. There will be flare ups indicating time to back off, again. It can take months and up to years to heal. You may get benefit from custom orthotics and speaking with podiatrists. See if heat or ice help; but, remember to let the area rest to heal, and be patient. Do what you can to keep weight off the injured area without putting too much stress on the rest of the body. Avoid walking barefoot and walk on softer surfaces when possible. Do not wear high heeled footwear, either.
Take care,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
