heart rate training to lower heart rate
Hello Ruth Schrader-Grace,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. It brings back the days of playful experimentation during my swimming and diving free time sessions. I like the sources Kimberly shares with us, also. Getting into a relaxed mode and breathing out slowly while making a sound always lets me stay sub surfaced longer. It came in handy to keep me from panicking when I was accidentally jumped on at the pool bottom.
Take care,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
