Healthy eating
Hi Missy,
I don’t follow a specific diet, but do try to eat “clean” as much as possible and limit processed foods. My philosophy is hard work and whole foods–and my body just feels, and works, better eating that way.
I’m human, though, and do indulge here and there and do not feel guilty. I think deprivation would only set up me up for failure.
Good question! What do you do??
Christine
I think the problem with society is the term “diet”. You should never go on just a diet, instead people should work on having a healthier lifestyle.
The obvious foods like soda, fast food and fried foods should immediately be cut out. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and be active.
Hope this helps,
Ron

Hi Missy,
much like Christine, I am mindful of what I put into my mouth but I am not obsessed with it. I am vegetarian, if you want to call this a special diet, but it has more to do with the ethical treatment of animals than the diet aspect of it,
