I was wondering if any or most of you follow a “diet” (clean eating, Paleo, etc) or if you just are mindful of what you eat. I believe in just making healthy food choices but I was wondering as Personal Trainers what you do.
Great question. Like the others I don’t diet. I avoid processed foods, sugars soda, juices. Always trying to make healthier choices. I have one day of the week that I allow myself to eat other things that I don’t normally.
