What other quick, hot, healthy breakfast’s do you use in your food plan or with you clients?
In the colder mornings… nuked Trader Joe’s rolled multi-grain oats, with one tablespoon of oat bran, one of wheatgerm, one of brewer’s yeast and a half an apple. For a different warm breakfast, creamed buckwheat. In the warmer mornings an egg, with left over veggies, or a Clif bar with an apple.
I work regularly with an RD. she tells people a piece of wheat toast with one tablespoon of peanut butter.
