What other quick, hot, healthy breakfast’s do you use in your food plan or with you clients?
I have two go to breakfasts that are rather quick.
1) A piece of fruit and a bowl of oat meal flavored with honey and raisins or apple butter and dried cranberries. (This is my breakfast on days that I know that I am going to have a highly active morning)
2) 6 oz of fat free yogurt, a piece of whole wheat toast and some kind of fruit. (This is my lighter breakfast for my slower days)
