Yeah its like rock wall training but with bars and platforms. I put up some jug grips and anchor points on my wall a few years back that I use, sometimes with steps, to train. My 1/2 rack’s 7′ pull up bar works good with the steps too, and you don’t have the wall in the way. Really want a challenge? get some gym rings, or a Jungle Gym XT, or anything you can anchor above at adjustable widths, and use that as your handholds with a step. Murder!
