Have you ever held a small Bootcamp in a client’s home?
I ve done it numerous times. I provide some basic equipment and use a lot of bodywheight training. Gets you to use some cretivity too as sometimes you have to adapt to the environment and change your plan on the fly. I do a lot of inhome training, so I try to tailor the workouts that they would fit any space.
Yes, I have. She had a large basement and there were about 20 other women who came to the bootcamp. During the cold months of the winter we had it mostly indoors, but during the spring, summer and fall the class was done primarily outdoors. I was providing all of the equipment and it was a fun class. You just need to be very creative and be careful not to destroy any of the furniture or have someone get injured due to luck of space. I also had her and her house included into my liability insurance.
Good luck!
Best,
Harris
