I have a 68 year old woman who gets dizzy every time she lifts weights or strains. It will last a couple hours after her workout. We are going to try some bodyweight training with the TRX to see if that’s ok. Have you ever heard of such a thing and how does one work with that?
…and, if she’s straining, the weight is probably too heavy. Is she doing the valsalva? Thats probably a blood pressure issue. Lower the weight, make sure she’s breathing thru the reps.
