Stroller Strides & Body Back fitness programs are designed to travel.
The benefits are when you have opposite ends of the spectrum level wise your runners can loop around and run/sprint/hills farther while you are coaching your joggers to keep moving. They need that encouragement more.
The downsides are when those people choose to run and get to a station/wherever you told them to go and rest while waiting for you instead of continuing to push themselves.
Depending on the type of intervals/intensity you’re looking for it can be beneficial to have an assistant or a “pack leader” to start the cardio/holding exercise while they wait for you and those behind. I enjoy the format; my clients have commented that the time goes by faster when we travel. Just be sure you’ve mapped the route yourself first so you’re not surprised by things in the road/on your path. (i.e. a tree fell across a bridge at my park last week)
