This type of class format works great with my Boot Camp and in my community. There are at least 4 parks we can hit on our route. I have participants of all fitness levels and ages ranging 28-60ish. I encourage them to walk or run/jog within their ability. When we arrive at our stop, we do Jumping Jacks or Hign Knee’s or some type of cardio until the others arrive. Once we ran to a friends house that has a porch with stairs going up one side and down the other. (I’d asked permission!) We also have a lakeside route which is not only beautiful, but there are park benches! And lastly, we are very fortunate that most of these stops are shaded so it works great on warmer days.
