Have any of you tried core flyte stability trainers?
I’ve had a similar product, Havyk, for several years. I got the first generation model, upgraded to the second generation model, but I haven’t bought their third generation model yet.
I actually liked their first generation model the best as the movement was smoother, albeit loud with 6 furniture coasters underneath.
One of my favorites. Could be done with your equipment.
I think this will also work for you. I tend to like circular movement rather than linear movement with this tool. Or if I’m doing linear movement, I like to have it be atypical like on a diagonal rather than straight up and down or straight across.
You might find some crazy stuff looking up Havyk. They’re from the MMA industry, so a lot of their videos are much stronger and tougher than I do with my clients, but they handle them well.
This was their booth at IDEA 2012 (where I got mine). This guy was AMAZINGLY STRONG. It’s a whole new ball game putting them under both hands and feet!!!
