Has there been any studies focused on posture associated with indoor cycling ?
Hi Mike,
YES, so many! Check with companies who certify for “spinning.”
Well technically spinning is trademarked by Reebok, but you know what I mean, right?
Oh got it, with companies who certify for indoor cycling! hah!
OH Wait just checked Johnny G trade marked spinning, Reebok uses indoor cycling….anyway.
Form/posture is VERY important. Not sure about the specifics of your question. More benefit sitting up? I’ll take a swing at it. Yes, sitting up causes us to use more muscles vs. a recumbent leaning back in a chair… Oh boy so many scenarios. Is this for you, are you curious or for a client?
