Thanks for your answer, Debbie! I also teach my Barefoot Bootcamp class at a Martial Arts studio! I love it and feels like it also improves muscle strength in your feet, balance, and even posture! Sounds like we are doing a lot of the same things! I just bought an Xtender for my TRX so I can use it in class! Can’t wait!
