“I also completed the survey and was sent the gift code via email. However it was invalid! I believe in the value of surveys and would have answered without the incentive, however, if they are going to offer they should stand behind it”.
Darcy, you should follow up with a reply to the sender of your gift card as well as IDEA with the outcome of your survey. I’m sure it can be resolved.
