Has anyone researched C4 pre-workout? If so, have there been any studies that reveal the safety of the product?

Hi Stacey. I agree with everyone else here that supplements are truly a slippery slope. If you’re asking this question for yourself, of course you are free to make these kinds of decisions for yourself. However, if the purpose of your question is for the recommendation to ‘others’ such as a client, I would steer clear of advising, counseling and definitely recommending any supplements to them. As others have noted this is NOT an area that we as certified trainers are credentialed in, and we can’t possibly know how an individual will react to them since we do not have the requisite medical information, skill or knowledge.
