Hi guys, i’ve been reading alot about nate miyaki and his half day diet plan.but i can’t seem to find reviews from people who actually used it. Does any one know if that diet plan means i’ll have to fast for half the day? i’m not looking just to lose weight fast, i just want to burn some extra fat i have especially on my belly erea, i tried the low carb (and really low carb) diet for some time and it literally made me feel like a sick person. I’m just looking for a healthy life style that can also help me burn fat.
