I am looking to reach out to Residential buildings that have gyms in them. Most of them are under utilized and I thought of starting fitness bootcamps, one on one or small group training. Also, add a nutritional component. I thought in the future if it goes well we can have massage therapist come in, and have a healthy cooking night.
Do you know how to get in the door?
Is there push back from Property Managers or generally are they for it?
What is the best way to approch this with the PM?
Would my insurance be different? At this time I have liabilty for my mobile training.
There are so many new apartment buildings in my area that I think this would be a great niche!
Hi Patricia. I’ve done a fair amount of this type of training and find that the best way to approach it is by creating and presenting a ‘win-win’ for the property management/ownership. Sit down and create your Top Five benefits to the property management and its residents for having you come in, and use that as your marketing piece.
