hamstring strain

If the strain/pain persists for more then 2-weeks I would seek medical help. Have you or your client seen a doctor? or PT? If not that would be my first plan of action.
RICE the strained muscle and I would not stretch until the muscles is healed. Continue moving the muscle i.e. walking and wait until it is healed.
It rather be more careful with a strain.
