GroupX instructors how do you save the class ideas you create for future use?
Some files are saved electronically (and some ideas saved here on my favorites), others are printed out and saved in a folder.
I also save a list of various formats (i.e. various timed interval formats and various themes for classes such as supersets, etc..).
It helps if I just want to do a particular format, and then I can plug in the various exercises according to my preferences.

I forgot to say earlier, I have also developed a couple of Excel templates and checklists for workouts. I save the blank templates in a folder called “templates” and then if I need inspiration, I can open up one of those and fill them in.
So, for example, I have a checklist for planes of motion. If I want to make sure a particular workout uses one plane more than the others, or whether a workout is balanced in all planes, I’ll start with that spreadsheet, save it with another name, and use that as an idea jump-starter for the workout.
