Find a common ground for your favorite exercises and just do that!

I would find what they can both agree on for cardio and do strength moves like partner push ups with hand claps and squats holding hands. There are many choices, let the imagination go. Throw down a card or dice for the number of reps and see who can do reps quicker with better form, etc. What about races and obstacle courses? Each partner can choose the workout of the day for a reward of some kind or other reason, just to expose each other to different activities.
