Furthering my knowledge as a corrective exercise specialist

I just obtained my CES certification through NASM. This area of practice REALLY interests me and I would like to further my knowledge in this area. What can anyone tell me about certs like MAT, MELT, etc? Any other ideas I should look into? Thanks!
