of the corrective exercise spectrum, I have NASM CES, the complete MELT training and level 1 of TBMM CES. I am familiar with MAT to the degree that I have attended a lot of sessions by Greg Roskopf at IDEA conventions.
TBMM and NASM are more akin in philosophy whereas MELT has its own way of looking at the body which is both similar and different in some ways. Where all three differ from MAT, in my opinion, is that all three instruct a client to do some form of release work followed by specific exercises whereas MAT relies on the practitioner to accomplish some of this integration hands-on with a client.
I’ll be happy to talk to you offline if you would like more information.
