For those Fitpros who offered “free first session”, what % of those people became clients?

Don’t offer free sessions. People will come to try it and rarely sign up. If you want to attract new clientele offer half price sessions. But even then expect a low percentage to continue. My experience is below 50% with a discount. I never give free sessions. Those people who are truly looking for a trainer will commit if they like you from the consultation.
