Hi Nikolaj,
it seems to me that I see obstacle races more often than ever before, and boot camp style things still hold their ground.
Admittedly, I am biased as a MELT instructor, but I have seen a significant increase there. Interestingly, I notice that some physical therapists are now recommending it to their patients, both for one-on-one but also for group instruction.

Hi Nikolaj,
In my opinion, fitness for seniors would be one area we’ll see an increase in the number of classes, education and more research. With 10,000 Americans turning 65 every single day for the next 19 years, it would be hard not to think of them as the next main focus of our industry. Obesity (for many obvious reasons) will also occupy our time over the coming years as well. Technology will always produce new gadgets for the fitness industry, so that area is expected to be popular.
Best,
Harris
