I am looking to add some new exercise equipment to my studio would like some advice on what you use or like or have seen at some studios. Please don’t say it depends on your goals etc, I would really just like some solid answers that you’ve seen or use in yours.
My studio is around 2000 SqFt. I have battling ropes, a free motion cable machine, medicine balls, free weights, treadmills, bosu, stability balls. I’m looking to add some new toys, cool stuff, or just stuff that you really like. THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP 🙂
my latest and greatest additions to my studio are sandbells. Even though I have medicine and weighted balls, I immediately fell in love with them.
I like that I can work on grip strength as people catch them. At the same time, there is no risk of somebody getting hurt when they fall on your foot (my heaviest is 12 lbs, and I have tried that out myself). You can slam them, throw them, catch them, they are fun and completely non-intimidating.
I have clients of all abilities and ages, and I use the sandbells in one form or other with all of them.
