Yes, each individual client will differ with regard to their needs of fitness and diet. This is a great subject and one that really interests me as well. There are numerous resources out there–such as the Mayo Clinic, Metabolic Effect, Huffington Post, etc… I have also done a few CECs on women and hormones, and the information is very helpful in understanding how hormones play a role in, specifically, weight loss.
