Has anyone used FitDeck playing cards for yourself or your clients? What did you like about them and which set of cards did you try? Were they worth the money? www.fitdeck.com
I purchased them several years ago before there were multiple fitdeck cards. I used them for myself and found them helpful to prepare for my fitness certification. They helped me to think outside the box as I learned how the body works. I will be using them with clients for some upcoming classes. They are fun.
