I agree, my full time job it has nothing to do with fitness. It’s an office job. I got certified 2 years ago and only had 2 customers I have my own website and page on Facebook and people doesn’t want to pay, so you can imagine my frustration. This is my passion and I want to dedicate to PT full time. They are going to see how they can get me in the same gym to get paid they way I don’t get affected economically.
Unless they offering you a salaried position I wouldn’t quit the other job just yet. But at the same time it will be difficult for you to build a business in this industry if you don’t have the flexibility required to train enough clients to make a living. You might want to look for gyms that are looking for part-timers. If you have a full time job already, training a few extra hours a week would be a good supplemental income for you.
