The OTPT stretch strap or yoga strap.

MELT roller.

“Exciting” isn’t a goal of my cooldown. Interesting, perhaps, but not exciting.

Begin with Foam roller. Next is gentle yoga to “warm up” and begin proper “breathing”.

I always start every warm up with my clients on the foam roller. Self-myofacial release is a great way to “untangle” tight spindles in the muscle fibers as well as loosen the facia and prepare the muscles for activity. Active stretching after foam rolling is essential to any workout.
