Training in heat is good when used correctly.
Anything including “cleaning toxins from the body” is, in short, BS. If you want to go into heat training, say for endurance athletes, or sports athletes who play Saturday afternoons? Great to help them prepare both mentally and physically for their trials.
Just make sure they’re properly prepared nutritionally and hydrated, as well as far enough in their program their body could take the stress.
