Rotator cuff exercises are easy enough to find online with a simple search. Why do you want to perform rotator cuff exercises? Is there a specific issue or injury? Be careful in using any exercises you may find. And start with very light weight. Progress slowly. The rotator cuff muscles are not well suited for heavy weight training. And incorrectly training these muscle can lead to a variety of issues. I recommend speaking with your physician before training to get clearance. And in the case of the rotator cuff, you would be well served to get a referral to a physical therapist initially. Especially if there is an issue or injury.
