I am looking for an application for my smartphone in which I can include a particular exercise, reps, weight etc. in a highly customizable way to help plan an exercise routine and to also track progress. There are a lot of apps that come preloaded with exercises, but my trainer and I have built a set of exercises very tuned to my personal needs. The ability to “check off” those that are done during a particular workout, as well as exporting reports would be a great bonus. Any help is appreciated!
