Great article, thanks for sharing! I was excited to read the need for more trainers for youth and the aging population. Just lately I’ve seen an increase in the age of my clientele (my latest is a 71 year old who looks like a 50 yr. old–and has the strength of one :).
This group is the next one I want to learn more about–so good to read!
