First and foremost, you need to rest the affected part of your body, or you’re guaranteed to remain in pain and maybe even make the damage worse. I also recommend you do the following.
Apply an ice pack for 15 to 30 minutes four to eight times a day.If the area of the skin is too big, use a large bag of frozen corn or peas.
Take 400 milligrams ibuprofen (Advil) four hours for up two days.

If this doesn’t help, please come to the orthopedic doctor.
