Does your gym/health club reimburse you for CEU’s and certifications?

Are you reimbursed by your employer for CEU’s or certs? If so, do you have certain qualifications for this? How much per year are you reimbursed?

One of the places where I work puts $1 into a reserve for each hour that we teach. That reserve can be used to reimburse for CECs that relate directly to our job, like a cycling certification for someone who is launching a cycle class.

Hi Jane,

the wellness center where I teach some classes does not reimburse for any of the above. Way back – last century – there was a once-a-year reimbursement of $150 but that has long since stopped.
