trying to find clubs that are hiring in the southern California area. Mainly Palmdale / Lancaster/ Valencia , CA

The best way to use this site is to go to the link below and type in the location(s) you are interested at. It will give you a list of gyms and then go to their sites to search for employment:

Harris’s answer is a great resource. Another option is for you to go fitness centers in your area that you’d be interested in working in, take a complete resume, and see what opportunities there may be for you.
